Heyru Monk Fruit Hibiscus Rum Cocktail

Ingredients needed for Heyru Monk Fruit Hibiscus Rum Cocktail:
Bacardi White Rum – 1 ½ oz.
Lime Juice, fresh squeezed – ½ oz.
Heyru Hibiscus Sweetener – 2 tsp
Pineapple Juice – 4 oz.
Tawny Port – ½ oz.
Fee Brother’s Cardamom Bitters – 2-3 dashes
Pineapple Wedge – 1
Ice

Steps/Method
1) Rim edge of hurricane or highball glass using a wedge of pineapple. Dip into a plate of extra Hibiscus Sweetener to coat evenly.
2) Fill shaker half-way with ice. Add rum, lime juice, measured Hibiscus sweetener, pineapple juice, port and bitters to shaker. Cover and shake well until sweetener is dissolved, about 10-15 seconds.
3) Fill rimmed hurricane or highball glass with ice. Strain cocktail over ice.
4) Garnish with a pineapple wedge and one leaf from pineapple.
5) Enjoy!
