We turned to our signature Kenyan Sweet Potato Tea. Made from chopped, roasted, and dried granules of the sweet potato tuber (Ipomoea batatas), this blend yields a naturally rich, toasted, and malted flavor profile. By slow-brewing these roasted granules into a deeply flavorful concentrate and infusing it with pressurized nitrogen, we created a revolutionary, plant-based nitro cold brew.

To test our creation, we brought jockey boxes to Winnipeg farmers’ markets and local pop-up events, pouring fresh, cascading nitro draught straight on tap. The response was immediate: coffee and tea lovers alike were captivated by the creamy mouthfeel, cascading head, and naturally sweet, toasted flavor—all achieved with zero dairy, sugar, or espresso.
