What started as a creative craft-beverage experiment in our kitchen quickly took on a life of its own. Inspired by the rich flavors and natural brilliance of our signature loose-leaf blend, we decided to push boundaries and serve Sparkling Purple Rain Haskap Tea chilled and on tap. We hooked up jockey boxes at Winnipeg farmers’ markets and local pop-ups, pouring fresh, sparkling cups right on the spot.

The response was overwhelming! Market-goers kept coming back for cup after cup, asking how they could take this sparkling elixir home. To honor our community and reduce waste, we created our local Glass Bottle Refill Program, allowing you to enjoy tap-fresh draft tea while keeping glass out of landfills.

The Botanical Secret: Rare Purple Tea Unlike standard green tea, our base uses Camellia irrawadiensis, a rare, wild species of tea related to Camellia sinensis. Kept non-oxidized to preserve its vibrant purple pigments and delicate flavor, it delivers a smooth, non-grassy taste profile.
